The Moroccan Blonde Baklava Baking Company was birthed from a love story that started in Paris, France in the fall of 2007. Our delicious baklava comes from a 100-year-old family recipe from Casa Blanca, Morocco.

Our Food Philosophy
We are FOODIES! We love to create and enjoy the very best food that the world has to offer. When possible, we use all organic, natural ingredients that come from local, Colorado farmers. We go out of our way to never use products that have been genetically modified or contain antibiotic or growth hormones (ugh! gross!).
We are PASSIONATE about what we do and pour all of our Love into our products. We guarantee our creations and if you don’t find them to meet your satisfaction, please contact us. Our goal is to make every customer a repeat customer and make some friends along the way.
